Firstly what is water? Water is a composed of two chemical elements hydrogen and oxygen. Basically,water plays an important role in our body including flushing waste from the body, transportation of nutrition, regulating body temperature and it is necessary for digestion. Around 60 percent of water is made up of water, and around 71 percent of planet's surface is covered by water. Water helps your body to keep a normal temperature. Water is very important in our daily life. In Islam, water is essential for bathing and personal cleanliness. In Quran there are many verses that speak about the importance of water such as: " And it is He Who created man from water, then appointed relatives and in-law's for him;and your Lord is all able". Water is basic and absolute element of life whose wise use is emphasized in Islamic teachings. Water is considered a precious resource in Islam. It is seen a blessing from Allah. It is seen as a pure and cleansing element that is necessary for performing ablution (wadu) before prayer. Additionally, water is a source of sustenance, agriculture and growth of crops. Overall, water is highly valued in Islam for its physically and spiritual significance.
